User Service Agreement (Global Compliance Upgrade)
This User Service Agreement forms the second part of the Application R&D Team Privacy Policy
and User Service Agreement. It applies to all users worldwide who download, install, or use
our application products and related services.
I. Agreement General Provisions
1.1 Legal relationship and scope
This Agreement governs the legal relationship between us and you regarding use of all application
products and related services (collectively, the “Services”). It applies globally and aligns with
APPstore, Google Play, and other distribution platform rules, monetization platform requirements,
and applicable laws and regulations in relevant jurisdictions.
1.2 Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using our application products, you confirm that you have read,
understood, and agreed to this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and related in-app rules
(including ad and in-app purchase rules). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
1.3 Updates
We may update this Agreement due to legal, platform, monetization, service optimization,
or regulatory changes. We will notify users via popup, notification, or in-app announcement.
Continued use after notice indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
II. Service Content and Scope
2.1 Core services
We provide full functional services for our applications in utility and efficiency scenarios,
with continuous stability and quality optimization.
2.2 Monetization-related services

IAA advertising services: compliant ad formats may include splash ads, interstitial ads,
banner ads, rewarded video ads, native ads, and feed-style ads where applicable.
Ad content is supplied by third-party platforms and reviewed for compliance where reasonably feasible.
Users may disable certain ad personalization options where available; disabling may affect
availability of some free features.

IAP in-app purchase services: paid features and value-added services may include premium feature unlock,
ad removal, extended storage quotas, and advanced modules. Purchase and refund execution follows
APPstore/Google Play rules. We do not directly collect payment credentials.
2.3 Additional services
Customer support, troubleshooting, version updates, feature enhancements, and usage guidance.
2.4 Service limitations
We may temporarily limit or suspend some services due to server load, abnormal behavior,
legal compliance, or regulatory requirements. Some functions may be unavailable in certain regions
due to local policy or platform constraints.
III. User Rights and Obligations
3.1 User rights
- Right to access and use compliant services according to this Agreement.
- Right to provide feedback and suggestions on functionality and service quality.
- Right to privacy and security protections described in our policies.
- Right to request refunds according to platform refund policies and applicable conditions.
- Right to delete account and uninstall apps at any time.
3.2 User obligations

Comply with this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, platform rules, and all applicable laws
in your jurisdiction.

Do not use the Services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activities,
including content abuse, traffic manipulation, privacy infringement, IP infringement,
or attacks against system security and stability.

Do not reverse-engineer, crack, tamper with code, bypass payment restrictions,
or use unauthorized plugins/scripts to misuse the Services.

Keep account and device credentials safe and notify us promptly in case of suspected compromise.

Provide truthful and complete information when submission is required.

Minors must use services with guardian consent where required by law.

Do not transfer, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without prior written authorization.
IV. Our Rights and Obligations
4.1 Our rights

Right to provide, update, optimize, add, remove, or adjust product features according to
compliance requirements, user needs, and technical evolution.

Right to monitor and review usage behavior. For violations, we may issue warnings,
restrict service, terminate service, and remove related accounts/content where justified.

Right to process personal information under this Agreement and Privacy Policy
for service delivery, monetization compliance, and lawful audit obligations.

Right to display compliant advertising and configure IAP offerings,
with advance notice for material pricing/content adjustments where required.

Right to suspend/terminate services due to force majeure, severe failures,
or legal/regulatory requirements.

Right to pursue legal remedies for violations harming our lawful rights and operations.
4.2 Our obligations
- Provide stable, compliant, and high-quality services with best-effort operational continuity.
- Protect personal information and data security according to applicable laws and standards.
- Review and manage ad compliance with third-party monetization partners on a best-effort basis.
- Assist with refund processes according to APPstore/Google Play official mechanisms.
- Provide accessible support channels and timely handling of user inquiries and complaints.
- Release updates for vulnerability fixing, feature optimization, and platform compliance.
- Disclose key service terms, monetization models, and policy content transparently.
- Accept lawful supervision and perform timely compliance rectification where required.
V. Monetization Supplementary Clauses (IAA + IAP)
5.1 IAA advertising monetization clauses

Ad sources: compliant ad platforms may include Google AdMob, Google Ad Manager,
Meta Audience Network, AppLovin MAX, Unity Ads, ironSource, Mintegral, Liftoff/Vungle,
Chartboost, InMobi, Pangle, Smaato, PubMatic, Moloco, Amazon Publisher Services,
Start.io, and other compliant mediation/exchange partners.

Ad placements: splash ads, rewarded video ads, interstitial ads, banner ads,
and other compliant display forms.

Ad data: impression/click and related campaign signals may be processed by third-party ad partners
under their policies and legal obligations; we constrain integration scope to service necessity.

Responsibility: if ad content is illegal, misleading, fraudulent, or policy-violating,
responsible third parties bear corresponding liability. We will assist user rights protection,
remove violating ads when discovered, and strengthen review and partner governance.

Compliance adaptation: ad architecture aligns with platform and jurisdiction requirements,
including Apple ATT framework expectations and Android privacy-oriented standards.
5.2 IAP in-app purchase clauses

Purchase flow: purchases are executed through APPstore, Google Play,
or other compliant distribution billing systems.

Pricing and validity: prices are shown in-app and may vary by region, currency,
and promotional activity. Validity periods for paid rights are displayed clearly.

Refund policy: refunds follow official platform policies; we assist in the submission process.
Refund decisions are made by the respective platform.

Paid-rights assurance: after successful purchase, we provide access for the valid term.
If service failure on our side prevents normal use, we will repair promptly and,
where appropriate, extend service validity or assist with refund requests.
VI. Service Suspension and Termination
6.1 Suspension
Services may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, compliance checks, force majeure,
or regulator-mandated actions. We will notify users in advance where feasible and restore services
as soon as practicable.
6.2 Termination

User-initiated termination: users may uninstall the app or delete accounts at any time.
Data deletion follows the Privacy Policy except legal retention obligations.

Violation-based termination: we may terminate service and remove related accounts/content
for violations of this Agreement, Privacy Policy, legal obligations, or platform requirements.

Service sunset: if operation must cease due to legal, regulatory, or business reasons,
we will provide advance notice (targeting 30 days where feasible) and handle data and
remaining paid rights in a lawful and reasonable manner.
VII. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our intellectual property
All rights to application code, interface design, logos, textual materials,
algorithms, and related service assets are owned by us or legally licensed to us,
and protected under applicable IP laws.
7.2 User content rights
Content you create in apps (images, text, records, and similar materials) remains yours.
You grant us a limited license to process such content solely for providing and optimizing services,
not for unauthorized disclosure of personal privacy.
7.3 Prohibition of infringement
You must not use our Services to infringe others’ intellectual property rights.
Infringing users bear corresponding liability, and we may suspend or terminate services accordingly.
VIII. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules),
unless mandatory local law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
8.2 Resolution process
Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly consultation.
If consultation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court with competent jurisdiction
at our place of business, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
8.3 Continued performance
During dispute resolution, undisputed provisions remain effective and enforceable.
IX. Miscellaneous
- If any clause is held invalid, other clauses remain effective.
- Failure or delay to exercise rights does not constitute waiver.

Notices may be delivered by in-app announcement, push message,
or customer support channels and are deemed delivered upon dispatch.

This Agreement takes effect when you download, install, or use our application products.
It terminates when service use ends and account deletion is completed, except surviving clauses
such as data retention and disclaimer obligations.
